Every asset you own, with the number that actually matters
SIPs, mutual funds, insurance policies, land, gold, fixed deposits — record what you invested and what it is worth today. The Assets Tracker does the arithmetic and shows you your real gain, asset by asset, in one clean portfolio.
Built for the way Indian portfolios actually look
Not everything sits in a demat account. Land, gold, chit funds, LIC policies and a SIP at three different fund houses — the Assets Tracker holds all of it in one list.
Record each SIP with its instalment amount, debit date and fund house. The tracker adds them up into a single monthly commitment figure so you always know what leaves your account before you commit to the next one.
Log what you put in and what the folio is worth today. Gain, loss and return percentage are calculated for every fund and for the portfolio as a whole.
Track premium paid, sum assured and renewal date for each policy. One glance tells you how much cover your family actually has.
Store the purchase price, location, area and survey number of each plot, then update the current market value whenever you get a fresh quote.
Every value update is kept as a dated entry, so you can see how an asset has moved over months and years instead of only where it stands today.
Seventeen asset types out of the box, in eight currencies. Anything you own that has a value can live here.
Four steps, about five minutes
Name it, pick the type — SIP, mutual fund, insurance, land, gold — and enter what you invested.
Type today's value. The gain, loss and return percentage appear immediately.
Add a valuation each month or quarter. Every reading is kept as history.
Total invested, total value, monthly SIP outgo and insurance cover, all on one screen.
Straight answers
Does it connect to my bank or demat account?
No. Nothing is linked and no credentials are ever asked for. You enter the numbers yourself, which is why the tool works for land, gold and informal assets that no automatic aggregator can see.
How do I track a SIP here?
Add the fund as an asset with type SIP, set the instalment amount, frequency and debit day, then update the total invested and current value whenever you check your statement. Your monthly SIP commitment is totalled for you.
Can I record insurance policies?
Yes. Use the Insurance type, put the premium paid so far in invested amount, the sum assured in cover amount, and the renewal or maturity date in the maturity field. Total cover is shown on the dashboard.
How does land valuation work?
Enter the purchase price as invested amount and the latest market estimate as current value, along with location, area and survey number. Add a new valuation whenever you get a fresh guideline or broker quote.
Is it really free?
Yes — the whole Valkai Upgrade toolkit is free to use, with no card, no trial window and no paid tier hiding the useful parts.
Who can see my portfolio?
Only you. Assets are tied to your account, never shared, never sold, and never shown to other users.
Know what you own — in one screen
Add your first SIP, policy or plot today. It stays private, it stays free, and it takes less time than checking one fund statement.
