Is this only for people with regular cycles?
Not at all. While the app works best with consistent logging, it's useful for irregular cycles too. You can still log daily entries, track symptoms, and get phase guidance based on your actual cycle length. The more you log, the better the predictions become.
How accurate are the predictions?
Predictions improve with more data. After 2-3 cycles, period predictions are typically within 1-2 days. Ovulation predictions are estimates based on average cycle patterns โ€” for conception tracking, use additional methods.
Is my cycle data private?
Completely. Your period dates, symptoms, and daily logs are never shared or sold. This is health data โ€” we take privacy seriously. No third-party access, no ads, no data mining.
Can I use this during pregnancy or postpartum?
The app is designed for menstrual cycles. During pregnancy and postpartum, cycle predictions won't apply. You can pause tracking or keep log notes. Many users return to cycle tracking after their period returns postpartum.
What are the different phases?
