Common questions
How much sleep do I actually need?
Most adults need between 7 and 9 hours per night according to sleep research. But the right amount is personal โ some people feel great on 7 hours, others need 9. This tracker helps you find your own number by correlating duration with how you feel each morning.
Can I log naps separately?
Yes. When adding a log, toggle the 'Is Nap' option and it will be recorded separately from your nightly sleep. Nap logs are excluded from streak calculations and average duration stats so your nightly data stays clean.
How does the streak work?
Your streak counts consecutive days on which you logged your sleep. It rewards the habit of tracking โ even on nights where sleep was bad, logging it keeps the streak alive and gives you data to learn from.
What are sleep disruptors?
Disruptors are things that broke or reduced your sleep quality โ noise, stress, light exposure, temperature, or bathroom trips. Logging them consistently reveals which factors affect you most so you can take targeted action.
