How does the streak work?
Complete a habit on a calendar day and your streak grows by one. Skip a scheduled day and it resets to zero โ so consistency is rewarded over intensity.
Can I track habits that aren't daily?
Yes. Each habit can be set to every day, weekdays only, weekends only, or a fully custom set of days. Only scheduled days count toward your streak and completion rate.
What is the 66-day target?
A landmark UCL study found that new behaviours take an average of 66 days to become automatic. The default target is 66 days, but you can set any number that makes sense for your goal.
Can I add notes to a habit log?
Yes. When you log a habit you can attach a short note โ useful for tracking how a workout felt, what you read, or any other context you want to remember.
