Common questions
What workout types can I log?
You can log Strength, Cardio, HIIT, Yoga, Stretching, Sports, or Other. Each session can also be tagged with a difficulty โ Easy, Medium, Hard, or Beast Mode โ so your history captures not just what you did but how hard it was.
How are personal records tracked?
Whenever you log a workout entry, the app checks if the weight and reps exceed your previous best for that exercise. If they do, your personal record is updated automatically โ no manual entry needed. Each PR is linked to the session where it was set.
What is total volume?
Total volume is calculated as weight ร reps ร sets for each exercise, then summed across the entire session. It's the most reliable way to measure workout intensity over time โ more volume generally means more training stimulus and more muscle growth.
Can I create custom exercises?
Yes. In addition to the global exercise library available to all users, you can create your own custom exercises with a name, muscle group, and description. Custom exercises appear only in your own library.
Is my data private?
Completely. Your sessions, exercises, and personal records are visible only to you. We never sell your data or show ads inside the logger.
